What every project includes

A simple process: five steps, and most of your time goes into the first three.

  1. 1
    Your part

    Questionnaire

You answer questions about your practice, your clients and how you work.

  2. 2
    Your part

    Strategy call

We talk through your practice, your ideal clients and what your site needs to say.

  3. 3
    Your part

    Design approval

You review and approve the design and the pages we have drafted.

  4. 4
    Our part

    Development

We build the site and connect your booking and forms.

  5. 5
    Our part

    Launch

    We test everything and publish.

Bios and claims that follow your college's rules

Each regulatory college in Canada has its own advertising rules, and they differ between professions and provinces.

  • We review bios and claims against those rules before launch.
  • We flag anything that needs a second look.
  • Each registrant is still responsible for their own advertising, so confirm anything unclear with your college.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Still unsure? A discovery call is the fastest way to get an answer for your practice.
How do I choose between the solo and group practice options?

Choose the solo path if you are the only clinician and need a clear, credible site that gets you booked. Choose the group path if you have a team or are about to hire, because you will need a page for each clinician, booking for each person and a site you can update as you grow. If you are unsure, a discovery call is the fastest way to get a recommendation.

You answer a questionnaire about your practice and your clients, and you join a strategy call. For the Launch package you also provide your content, which we refine. For group practices, copywriting is optional: we can write it for you or work from your content. Photos are needed from every clinician, and our photography partner can help if you do not have current ones.

Solo practices have annual managed hosting with up to 2 updates a month. Group practices have a monthly care plan that covers updates when the team changes, a point of contact and technical monitoring. Both are described above.

Yes. Most of our work is for practices in Canada, and we also work with practices elsewhere in North America. Advertising and privacy rules differ by province and profession, so we review your site against the rules that apply to you and recommend confirming anything unclear with your college.
